Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Taqseet 360. Screens are in Arabic or English and built for shop owners, and we can walk you through it by phone.
My customers are in a paper ledger. What do I do?
Enter the old sales with the installments already paid, and the system continues the schedule from the next one due.
Does it calculate installments automatically?
Yes. Enter the items, down payment, markup and months, and the full schedule appears with each amount and date.
How are WhatsApp reminders sent?
The message is prepared with the customer name, amount and due date, and sent from your shop number in one tap. You also get notified about due and overdue payments.
Is my data safe?
Each shop’s data is isolated and stored in the cloud with continuous backups. If your phone is lost or broken, your data is still there.
